What if I need help placing an order?

We offer help with ordering in every aspect via email and/or phone call.

I’d like to place an international order. Do I pay customs fees to FIN Jewelry or to Fedex?

All orders domestic and international will include insured, shipping and handling.

How can I make sure the diamonds I receive are actually the diamonds I ordered?

All of our Diamond Jewelry will be shipped with an independent G.I.A. or a A.G.S. lab report.

This report can be examined by a qualified gemologist and compared against the characteristics of your diamond.

Will my personal information be shared with a third party?
